Kaka: Pressure will tell on Argentina
Brazil star Kaka believes Argentina will crumble under the pressure when the arch rivals meet in a World Cup qualifer on Saturday.
Argentina currently occupy South America's fourth and final automatic berth for next year's global gathering in South Africa, some five points behind the table-topping Brazilians and with head coach and Argentine legend Diego Maradona looking for a win to silence those calling for his head.
Despite Argentina's home advantage, Kaka believes Maradona's men will struggle to bag the win they so desperately need.
"They are going to start off a little tense and I think this can play in our favour," said Kaka ahead of the high profile clash in Rosario.
"There are many ways in which we can try to exploit the fact the pressure is on Argentina,"
"The game won't be easy for anyone - with a Brazil versus Argentina match there will be a number of top talents out there with players capable of swinging the match at any moment.
"Our target is to beat Argentina and qualify for the World Cup. It would be ideal if Brazil could go through against Argentina," said Kaka who will be winning his 70th cap.
The crunch fixture will also see Kaka, one of several summer galactico signings by Real Madrid, resume his rivalry with Argentina and Barcelona ace Lionel Messi - a player the Brazilian greatly admires.
"I would vote for him today (as world player of the year) for all that he won (last season) with Barcelona," declared the 27-year-old.
"I believe Messi is the big favourite to win the prize as FIFA's best player this year."
